“The hotel was clean and staff were very attentive. The free activities (bikes, kayak, paddle boards) were easy to use as the cove allowed for privacy from boats passing by. The food options were delicious. The free breakfast gave a mix of continental options and Colombian options. We would definitely stay there again.”

“After booking, we repeatedly messaged the hotel for directions and only got a reply at 7:55am on check-in day, telling us the only boat left Cartagena at 8:15am. No way to make it. They then sent a contact for a 9am boat costing 90k + 30k port tax, though cheaper 70k options exist. Given boats run only until 9am and transport can cost as much as two nights’ stay, this should be clearly stated before booking – we could easily have missed the first night. “It would’ve been great if the place actually exist! I followed the directions into an ocean. There was nothing but bricks on a dirt road with half built tarp structure buildings with no windows or roofsand three people tried to rob me. There was no access to go any further so therefore, the place does not exist. I want a refund.”
