“Free parking and close to everything”

“This hotel is super close to my neighborhood and family so it’s very convenient. Clean and close to the bus, subway and stores I need. Definitely will be staying again”

“Prostitutes and pimps in the parking lot waiting. I saw with my own eyes a guy pay by the hour. They only accepted cash from them. Walked into the room and there was an open condom rapper on the dresser. I asked for a refund and they said no. Parking is trash. Blocked in for over 5 hours couldn’t get to our car in the morning. Do not stay here.”

“For the bronx its not a bad hotel, there is a deli right next to it and there's a couple more food options like mcdonalds, papa John's, etc. Room was good although part of the floor board was sticking/bulging out but wasnt the biggest of deals. It was still clean and a good room. Had an air conditioner too which was good for when it'd get hot.”

“Worst accommodation ever!!! I have travelled many countries and experienced many accommodations. I wonder how come HOTEL.COM has unqualified accommodation such as MORRIS GUEST HOUSE. I can give point 1 out of 5, I can give point 1 out of 10, I can give point 1 out of 100. Staying at MORRIS GUEST HOUSE ruined my entire trip in NYC and USA. 1. It is guest house. It must have kind of kitchen equipment. BUT, there was only a microwave. NO electric kettle. NO gas range etc. You...

“great location. close to subway.”

“At first, the room was prepared for someone else, room service drink did not come as ordered, the cafe had terrible wait on the food(both breakfast and lunch), and no apologies from the staff. The individual components are good but the service connection needs major improvements.”

“This is like my tenth time visiting this hotel. I often visit here when I need somewhere to unwind. Each time feels better than the first time. My teenage daughter loves to hang out here, with me and her best friend . There are plenty of stores, restaurants and a movie theater. It is safe so they shop and hang out. “Hyatt we say”!!!!”

“It was truly the worst unfriendliness I've ever experienced. My check-in was delayed by an hour and a half, but instead of apologizing, the Vanita P staff just got annoyed. It was absolutely terrible. This is the first time I have ever encountered a guest who gets annoyed and orders me to wait in a commanding tone.”

“매우만족”

“Room very comfortable and spacious. I was with my dad that has special needs and he was very happy with the stay.”
