"A pleasant surprise. A full-service self-catering two-floor suite with full kitchen, king bed and tv room with sofa. And in a unit in a full-service resort. Lots more Than we needed, but we’d definitely return. But we have no need for the vacation club."

"The room was clean there is no soap holder in the shower. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok it did the job so you didn’t have to leave the Hotel for breakfast. The ac and climate in the room was good as well as the beds"

"Property had indoor swimming pool and hot tub in an immediately adjacent building. Our room only had hot water in the sink taps, so we had to get cold water out of the shower. Also, a strip of some kind on the bottom of the bathroom door always stuck on the threshold piece and made a very loud “SNAP’ whenever you opened the door. I twice mentioned these 2 problems to the desk staff, but nothing got repaired during the other 2 days we were there. Other than that, the room was cozy and clean, with a good view of trees and grass in the back of the property. Housekeeping services are only provided upon request each day, so we didn’t use that at all."

"Room was pretty large, with a big TV. Liked having a refrigerator with freezer section and a microwave. We were not able to leave the HVAC fan all night as "white noise". Room was not super quiet, but not real noisy."
