“Absolutely beautiful and tranquil. The private nature trails were such a treat!”

“This was great place not too far from Lake Placid and perfect jump off point for mountain biking, hiking, and paddling. It was quiet, clean room that had an awesome tub to relax after hard day of playing outside. Also looks like some (maybe all) were remolded and done well with simple but nice furnishings.”

“We loved the location and it was nice to have breakfast there in the morning....and a pretty good selection. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was we booked a room with a balcony, and a lake view, but balconies are only on first floor rooms and you could not really see the lake from there. Otherwise our stay was great!”

“this is typical of ends in the area, but cadence has a really nice renovation. Really friendly staff very well run comfortable beds clean rooms. Good showers nice products good towels good parking all around a really great place in a great location really close to all of the fun things to do in the area. and it is dog friendly for a small extra fee.”

“Property is beautifully designed. Looks like the lounge will be a nice place to relax once it is finished. Back patio was being utilized by guests enjoying themselves. Owners were kind and helpful, and accommodating with a request we made which was so appreciated! We will definitely return.”

“This hotel has so much potential. The property is in a great location. We paid extra for a lake-facing king suite, and the room itself was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by how the staff handled a maintenance issue. On our first night, the AC made an incredibly loud mechanical noise all night, and we barely slept. We reported it at 7 a.m. and, instead of apologizing, the front desk employee asked why we hadn't reported it sooner, which felt rude and accusatory. We...
