I could tell you about the great bedroom with very spacious bathroom with great towels. Both spotless.
I could tell you about their excellent dinner menu & equally excellent breakfast.
Instead I'll tell you about the staff. Every one of them from check-in to restaurant staff were friendly, knowledgeable & professional.

โWe absolutely loved our stay with Larry at Dundrum House. We enjoyed a very homey stay and wonderful conversation with Larry. Larry was also very attentive to our sons diary allergy and assist with validating which items were dairy free and which were not. We were left only wishing that we had booked more days with Larry. Without a doubt we will stay at Dundrum House on our next Ireland travels.โ
โWe had the most wonderful stay at Blackwell House in Scarva! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome โ nothing was too much trouble. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, full of charm and character, with every little detail thought of to make guests feel at home. The food was incredible (and plentiful!) and the rooms were spotless, cosy, and luxurious all at once.
Itโs one of those rare places where you can truly switch off and relax, and yet still feel utterly spoiled....
โProperty was lovely. Beautifull location . The host gave us some ideas of places to visit, the opportunity to visit some child friendly locations and saw beautiful scenery.
We hope to return and explore this area further. โ
โMinnies cottage is in the middle of very beautiful farmland, it's close to Killeavy Castle, walking distance to a nice little pub called Johnny Murphy's and a small grocery store. The hosts and the property is warm and inviting. There were 4 of us and there was lots of room, 3 couches. The owners take pride in their property, it's very well built, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this property if you just want a couple of days in the country or are attending a wedding at the castle.โ

โIt was such a peaceful stay. The staff were really helpful. Our room was great, really spacious and the bed was comfy. We sat in the lounge and it was so relaxing watching the birds..such a wonderful place.โ
โIt was amazing. Surrounded by hills and the Mourne mountains and a view of the ocean in the distance. Woke up to cows in the front pasture and sheep in the back pasture each morning. So peaceful there. Cottage has everything one would need for a very pleasant stay.โ
