"Really conveniently located inside Haneda Airport, right near BA bag drop off. Hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Requested soft pillows and they were in the room for when we checked in, they went above and beyond their duties, including a nice birthday card. Buffet style breakfast was nice too."

"Staff were so helpful. We were in the east wing so it was a little bit of a hike with laundry but that was fine. You dont need laundry soap it comes with the machine. Centrally located to trains and city life. Breakfast was ok, I wish it rotated the selection because after 4 days of the same stuff I was done with the buffet. For me the beds were too firm, but thats a me problem. Definitely would stay here again"
