"Great amenities however no in room ELECTRIC kettle. Only kettle was one on an induction stove which took forever to heat. Also insufficient clear signage to access lobby for example . If you enter building 3 from the street it is not clear if you are going along the correct corridor. In fact I eventually found the access through another underground car park which was bizarre . Also on my first night l didn’t leave the do not disturb sign on my door handle not expecting room service to attend to and service our room at 8:42am. How ridiculous! Still on the positive the food at rockford bar and grill was excellent and the front desk staff were also excellent"
"I had booked the king suite with Fireplace, including sofa and chairs, and a dining table.
Overall, it was a beautiful suite, but it was just a surprise to see a bird’s nest of hair in the drain of the shower. I’ve learned from past experience if you don’t get the breakfast they serve at the time they open. It can get a little dicey.. I had to ask the waitress to see if they could get some fresh eggs and the hashbrowns were on the cold side.
I never did use the pool or the hot tub, but they look pretty amazing to enjoy."

"All good except the tub in the washroom doesn't work. Other than that, the view is good. The parking is great. The balcony is great. Everything went smooth, clean room. Definitely a great experience"
"We loved our stay! The cabin was a great experience for my Granddaughters. We enjoyed the hot tub. The office staff was so helpful and pleasant. We will definitely return if in the area again."
"Booked one night, stayed three nights. Perfect for what we needed. Lovely reception staff, quick checkin. Parking outside our room. Large very clean room with very comfortable beds, Microwave and good size fridge. Great value for money. Location ideal for visiting the parks. Would highly recommend and would be very happy to stay again"
