"Property is starting to feel its age. Rooms are getting tired and we could hear the guests that were above stomping around. They did this from 7-11. Even though front desk asked them to be quiet the group left their unsupervised children in the room. Staff were very nice and the rooms were nice and clean. "

"Emerald Lake Lodge, set on the famous aqua blue lake nestled between rugged snow capped mountains, is about the best there is! Make sure to walk around the lake! We loved our room with the balcony overlooking the lake. The wood burning fireplace made it extra cosy. Our bed was comfortable as were the pillows. For an old hotel it has been kept up well, although staining of wood railings and decks needs some attention. The isolation means their restaurants are the only places to eat. Food is...
