“I was waiting for 1 hour to get my room key. But the host has gone to milan(more than 1hour by car). So I have to make a int'l phone call to get my room key. After 1.5hours of effort I got my room key. This B&B is located 5th floor & and our room door was out of order so we cannot lock our room door. Further more room TV is located more than 2m high. The host never say "I am sorry !"”

“We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4, with 2 young children. The room was clean, beautiful and spacious. About 25-minute walk to the Bellagio town. There was car parking included in a nearby carpark. A tasty breakfast was included (however, note that breakfast was only from 8am so if you are an early riser you may have to miss this). There was no iron or kitchen facilities in the room, but a kettle and bar fridge were available. There were not many restaurants nearby open after 7-8pm...

“The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. The hotel is near the ferry dock and walking distance to the main street. Stefano our host was super nice and attentive! We had a great time at the hotel and would recommend it to everyone!”

“We can’t say enough about the amazing hospitality we received at Villa Constanza. The location, the building, the service were all fantastic. The tips they gave, the constant attention and help, the breakfasts — all were spectacular. They even helped us hunt down the taxi when my cellphone fell out of my pocket. I can’t say enough. We only wish we had stayed longer! It’s not easy to get around the lake, but their tips saved us!”

“코모지역의 물가가 상당히 비싸다고 하던데 이 숙소는 저렴하면서도 실용적이에요. 공용화장실과 샤워실이 좀 불편할 수도 있지만 워낙 깨끗하게 잘 관리가 되었길래 저는 기분 좋았습니다.”

“It takes a lot for me to write a review however I absolutely had to comment on this beautiful place to let other travellers know about it! "The hotel location is perfect. Carrefour and shopping shops are within walking distance. The parking lot is spacious, free, and convenient to use. The room is old, but spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is mini fidge, 2pairs of slippers and amrnities in the bathroom Two things that could be improved: 1. I connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, but it was so slow that I ended up using my data instead. 2. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the water was slow to drain, making it uncomfortable to take a shower."
