"My daughter and I had a great time at the resort! The staff were very helpful whenever we had questions, and everyone was polite and welcoming overall. There are also several different food options to choose from, and the food we had was good. Since this is a family-friendly resort, thereā€™s something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, itā€™s a great place for families to relax, have fun, and spend quality time together. We did have one incident where housekeeping accidentally threw away a purchase we had made from the gift shop. As soon as we contacted the front desk, the staff were right on it and did their best to help. Unfortunately, they werenā€™t able to locate the items, but we were able to purchase the same items again, and the resort credited us for the original purchase without any issues. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We truly appreciated how helpful and responsive the staff were, and we will definitely be coming back!"
