"Everything was amazing "

"The room was nice and did have a beautiful view. There are only 2 restaurants..one is ultra expensive, dinner was ok but breakfast was delicious. The other restaurant was good but lacking in variety. I understand we went during the week and there was no entertainment. After dinner, you go to bed. I do not think i would go back. "

"We had a large suite with a large amount of living space. While everything appeared to be very clean both in the room and on the property, the floor had not been been washed in quite some time. My husband's feet would be black on the bottom after just a short time walking around barefoot. Scrubbing the feet became a regular ritual. Other than that, the place was comfortable even though the bathroom was quite small and no second sink by the coffeemaker, mini refrigerator area. The pool area looked to be quite well taken care of, and there was a nice private dock area to view sunset and use kayaks and paddle boats for free. One could help themselves to whatever extra amenities they needed in the front office. Overall, a comfortable laid back place to stay. But floors have to be washed sometime!!"

"Our first trip down the Keys and we picked this location based on photos/comments from the internet. It did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was outstanding. Beautiful water (and easy access). Small resort feel and a nice studio beach level room. Bathrooms are small.. but don’t spend too much time in them so not an issue! Easy access to amenities such as pool, paddle boards, kayaks etc.. Would definitely stay here again if we returned."

"Room was nice with balcony but not what I expected. Thought I was booking the room that was in the picture. All the pictures of my room at time of reservation appeared like the photos shown on the site, but this was not in fact the room we received. Overall the property is pretty nice with bikes, kayaks and paddleboards available at no extra charge. There was a free shuttle to the sister resorts Amara Cay and Three Waters Resorts. We went to the Three Waters Resort and this resort was a bit nicer than La Siesta and the staff there was amazing. The staff a La Siesta, not so much often hard to find, even at the pool bar and beach/kayak area."
