"The hotel was great! Clean and beautiful, food from the restaurant was good. I just think that I came at the wrong time (rainy season) we were stranded in the hotel because there only street to and from the hotel was flooded. Couldnā€™t get a ride out of the hotel. Most of the staff was kind and helpful except from one, she always had an excuse as to why something canā€™t be done or amenities canā€™t be used. Caught her in a lie or maybe she just didnā€™t want to do something, not sure."
