"Staff are very accommodating and cost- friendly stay budget hotel. Strong wifi. Food is ok if you are not picky. Fairly clean but there’s an intermittent foul odor we dont know where it was coming from. We stayed in the lower ground/ basement roomPillows and towels may need a little bit of changing or deep cleaning bit smelly frim other users maybe. Overall, this hotel will give you a well-deserved rest in the night after a long day full of activities. Not a grand staycation you are looking...

"It was not what i expected dirty and the staff not friendly at all ."

"When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM."

"The property is up on a hill offering great view of the town/harbor. The hotel is a little older but very clean with spacious rooms that are quiet. Shower is spacious with excellent water pressure. The food selection at breakfast was great and tasty as well as dinner at the Forest Grill was excellent and very delicious. Staff is friendly and excellent customer service."

We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. "It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...
