“Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with a good selection and very good at catering for a gluten free diet. Good location for visiting the surrounding area especially Holy Island.”

“The hotel is part of the service area on the A1 but, unlike most such hotels, it offers good food as well as comfortable accommodation. We were impressed with the welcome we received - and our dog was happy with the positive attention he received! The chap on reception was able to recommend a good parking spot in Bamburgh, where we were keen to take the dog for a long walk! All in all, a good place to stop!”

“Clean, warm, friendly helpful staff.”

“Room was very clean and decent size. Excellent location for all amenities pubs, harbour, and food.”

In the morning the hot water was only luke warm (we were told there was possibly a problem with the boiler and given an apology but nothing else). The bar lacked a nice seating area for hotel...

“Great location, lovely room, good food and friendly helpful staff.”

“Great location on the park, quiet area but only 3 mins walk to the main centre. Really well looked after / we would certainly return.”
