The rooms are spacious and it's not ugly inside but the cleaning services needs improvement. My room's bathroom smelled like pee the entire time and the shower was not clean (it was slippery from all dirt that was not cleaned, had to get in with my crocs to avoid catching something unwanted). Also the shower in general was a disaster. The water pressure was unstable and they had a waterfall shower that was clogged so water only came out from a couple holes in the middle (ladyies, if you dont want to wash your hair every time you shower bring shower caps, cuz they dont providethem either. Plus there is no space to put your soap, shampoo, conditioner, nothing (they also won't provide shampoo nor conditioner). They change the towels but don't make the beds. Ohh and very important: the AC did not work any of the days we were there. The staff is nice and were very apologetic about the AC, and the place is really close to all the attractions, you can walk to most places. But if you care about any of the issues i mentioned, find another hotel.

There is nothing majorly wrong with the hotel, however the room we had looked tired . I feel it needs a refresh. The building is very old but it is in need of some TLC. The staff we saw were all very friendly.

This hotel has a great location, but unfortunately the rooms were tired and there was hair all over the carpet. Check in lady was lovely and breakfast was okay . As we were not spending anytime in our room we decided not to complain. Real shame as this hotel needs a complete overhaul.

Do not waste your money staying here! There are so many lovely hotels round about that are just as central. We have stayed here before 5 years ago hence booked again. This hotel has went way down hill since then! No pram access so had to bump a twin pram up 15-20 steps. No offer of help from reception - he was actually lying back with his feet up when we went in to ask if other access for us. Was so arrogant and unhelpful. We were staying for 3 nights to be told breakfast was cancelled on our last morning as not enough people staying in the hotel - I explained we had two toddlers and the reason we had booked breakfast was for the easiness with them - wasn’t interested not even an apology. He should not be working in customer service! Clean towels dropped off daily - no dirty ones collected so by the end of the stay we had 16 dirty towels lying in our bedroom. Rooms weren’t cleaned. Bins not emptied daily. The rooftop bar was closed two out of 3 nights we were there. Just overall so so disappointing.
