I would recommend sound proofing the hallways as best as possible as when guests are walking or talking early at morning or late at night it is quite audible in the rooms.

saw my Red Sox get killed by the hated Yankees (SUCK!) at the home of West Ham United - and the 2012 London Summer Olympics. nice pitch, added bleachers set-up for baseball and over 59k spectators. also had my first Pimm's - interesting summer drink - hot dog bun not-quite right; certainly not a Fenway Frank. would love to see my Liverpool FC play the Hammers sometime in the future ....

We attended the MLB games at the stadium. It is a very long trek from the train station to the Stadium and leaving with a crowd of 60,000 was not a joy.
