"Beautiful hotel would highly reccomend"

"Consider staying elsewhere! The first room was in very poor condition with a mouldy smell. Bathroom, furnishings & carpet dirty. 2nd room no better. Manager offered us our money back to find ourselves another hotel but we took 3rd room although this was only slightly better as no other rooms apparently available. After complaining, we were told hotel undergoing refurbishment. Reception staff not helpful. Prosecco offered but not delivered to room so had to request this the next day. Photographs were taken to prove condition of room. There were large Rentokil vermin trap boxes in breakfast restaurant seating area. On our last morning toilet would not flush and water filled to the top of the bowl. Breakfast selection was good. We had stayed before and were happy to return but this stay was not acceptable. After email complaint the offer of a room upgrade on a returning stay would certainly not encourage us to return nor recommend this hotel to any others to stay at this hotel. It has a great location but our standard room fell far short of being anywhere near acceptable standard. Extremely disappointing!"

"Quite a good deal to visit the Excel Exhibition centre with a FREE ferry to Canary Wharf. The staff changed my bunk to a bottom bunk. Then I had a really nice bath as ai am not a shower person. My companion was an American Magician/Comedian who is touring Europe to get away from TRUMP. The water view from the window was an added bonus. A local map might have been useful but the Tesco express and bus stop close by was very useful."

"Overpriced , Over Rated, under preformed !! Something has to be wrong when the price per Sq.ft for parking your car is more than the equivalent price for your room , which wasn’t cheap in the first place. Paying £269 for a basic room is not cheap anyway but when topped up by £30 a head for breakfast and £52 for car parking it makes for an expensive overnight stay. Sure location is great if visiting the O2 as we were but outside of this our stay was disappointing, from being interrupted in our room to poor staff attitude this hotel fell short of our expectations from this brand. Thankfully the professional attitude of the young lady on Guest Relations went some way to save the situation, but I would prefer to not have to highlight errors when staying in a so called 5* hotel. If you are happy to pay the premium for closeness to the O2 arena then carry, on but we wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Wonderful staff very helpful and the one bed apartment was very comfortable, great layout with everything we needed. The double sofa bed was already made which we appreciated. We will definitely be back on our next stay to London. "

"Very noise. We arrived to room 102. Clean and comfortable. We required a nap due to a very early start but the corridors were very noisey. Lots of shouting and banging. Our extractor fan was not working but it was late at night before we realised. We were woken at 6am by was seemed to be the floor below us kitchen/reception with the banging of cupboards and doors. This was followed by a continuous sound of running water. Possibly a laudry/ kitchen was my first thought. This continued for 2hrs then it stopped and was followed by further opening and closing of doors from our neighbours room of 101. We decided to just get up and checkout.nleaving the room there was skirting and panelling remived from the walls throughout the 1st floor. The water noise from earlier was from the cistern next door. Sadly we were not very rested and it really effected us the next day. The hotel is beside a very busy roundabout and there is a consistent noise of beeping and sirens. The staff were lovely at check in and bag drop was very usefull. "

"Room was well appointed although on the small side. Very clean and comfortable and staff were all very friendly. We also opted for the buffet breakfast which was also very good"
