"Great place ruined by penny-pinching. Look, I get some of the cost-savings…. although the very annoying machine-checkin, while 2 staff members stand right next to it is just pointless, people want to check-in/out to a human, not a screen…. But I then overheard a tech say the following. The air cond is deliberately turned off at 11am, 6pm and 2am. It turns itself off in every room. "Enjoyed the stay at the hotel although I think we must have had the room furthest away from the lifts. Still it was manageable and this room had a walk in shower which is better for us. The location is great as our preferred mode of transport is the bus and there are stops both directions just outside the hotel. This weekend was a bit of a disruption as road works closed some of the bus stops. All in all a most enjoyable stay."

"I’ve stayed her multiple times and always have had a lovely experience. Rooms are clean, spacious and updated. On this occasion in particular, they found out it was my birthday and went above and beyond. Left a sweet treat in my room upon arrival and gave us a free drink at the bar. "Stayed here for five nights and loved it! Our room was spacious, clean, had a microwave, washer/dryer and basically everything you might need for your stay. The only thing I did not like about the property was the bathroom… I wish they had shower curtains instead of just a glass partition that doesn’t really prevent the water from getting out of the bath tub when you shower. Also, a step stool to get in the tub would be nice since the tub is quite high."
