"Although this is a brand new hotel and they might be experiencing some teething problems, I felt the issues I experienced could’ve been easily prevented. Upon check in, we were told to wait 10 minutes until they checked if a room was available and that it was cleaned. Not a great start. We eventually got to the room and there were peoples empty toiletries in the shower and hairs on the bed. I requested the bed linen and towels to be changed as well as the body wash to be refilled. Not only did this not happen, my room wasn’t made at all. The cleaners did not visit my room at all even with the requests made to reception. The receptionist even said she would do the towels and body wash herself but this failed to materialise. Not to mention that you cannot watch the tv from the bed or the sofa as the tv was placed above the sofa and away from the bed and was separated by a partition. The cleaner eventually came on day of check out at 8AM!!. Check out wasn’t until 11. On a positive note, the hotel decor was lovely and it was in a great location with a view of the o2 and river. It was within a 5 minute walk of the tube station. I hope the issues get ironed out as this hotel has loads of potential."
