"Clean but very basic. Beds are a small double, not ideal for couples at all. Photos misleading. The ‘bathroom’ is better described as a telephone booth. It’s like the pocket knife of bathrooms; you can brush your teeth, have a shower & drop the kids off, all at the same time! - once again very misleading photos, tiny. Staff weren’t useless but they weren’t exactly helpful. Very blunt, seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else, don’t blame them to be fair. Anyway, up the arsenal! CHAMPIONS CHAMPIONS CHAMPIONS OLE OLE OLE"

"We stayed as a group of 3 in a 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The apartment decor was beautiful, and the double bed in the bedroom was incredibly comfortable. We absolutely loved the balcony—it was such a relaxing spot to sit out, chat, and unwind. Also, a special mention to the shower gel provided; the quality was excellent and it had a beautiful fragrance! However, there are two areas that could be improved. Firstly, the mattress on the sofa bed was quite thin. It would be much better if it could be thicker; unfortunately, because it wasn't very comfortable, the guest sleeping on the sofa bed ended up leaving one night early, which was a bit of a pity. Secondly, we understand that a portion of the building is residential and has parking available. It would make the guest experience a 10 out of 10 'perfect' if some of those parking spaces could be reserved or allocated for hotel clients. Despite these points, it is a lovely place with high-quality details, and we appreciate the stay!"
