"The location is great, the main reception is hidden behind a wall which is a bit confusing. Staff on reception were amazing and welcoming. Our room was quite small with no fridge and extremely dark even with the curtains open. We accidentally missed breakfast and was offered hot drinks fruit and pastries there was only 4 left! Breakfast was not included in our stay we paid separately £36 therefore I felt the monies we paid could have been put towards the brunch menu we would happily pay any difference. Safiya was really great and tried to help us out unfortunately her management was unable to make a humane decision. The hotel does not have a pool despite advertising that they do, it is separate from the Tribe and you have to pay to use the facilities. Very clean hotel but we will not return in a hurry it more for people commuting for work."
