“The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located within easy walking distance from the Kelpies statues. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable on the local area.”

“Check in was great. The hotel is beautiful and great location. But our toilet didn’t work and when I called I was told that the maintenance guy was on holiday. With no resolution offered until I insisted that we really needed a working toilet. Then we were moved to another room and the rest of the stay was great. It was just a bit off putting that it sounded like we were expected to be fine with a non working bathroom”

“Decent size car park. Good food menu with wide choice. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Location good for Falkirk attractions and town centre. Pleasant staff. We booked a basic room but there was no shelf in the en-suite to put your bathroom bits and pieces on. There was only one chair but we chose a basic room to keep costs down. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.”

“Hotel is located perfectly, parking is good but extra charge, gym and pool ok but extra charge, decor and carpeting is shockingly in need of updating, dirty and scruffy, in key places such as restaurant you see just how bad it is making you think about maybe just how well maintained the kitchen may or may not be ? Room was not cleaned and do left without fresh towels, despite asking for towels at reception before the end of the day we were ignored and so left unable to shower the following...

“Clean room , staff were lovely especially reception. Great location for M&Ds theme park . First time staying here , would book again . Had a fan in the room , so that was a great bonus during the hot weather . Never tried the hotels food. Overall nice hotel , slightly dated now I would say but I would stay again .”
