Get there early for good parking. Great, low-key ski vibe. No frills but if you just want quality skiing it can't be beat!

We arrived at 8:00 everyday and parked at the ski school area. It was awesome to get such good parking and to hit an easy green with the kids a few times before school. This is a great area for kids learning how to ski. After 3 days in ski school our kids knew enough to go down some fun greens with us. BEWARE: There is a male ski school instructor that was horrible. My kids never had him but they were terrified. I observed him yell at kids for falling on the magic carpet ski lift in the ski school (as if any kid wants to fall on it), hit a kid in the helmet because he wasn't paying attention, yell at various kids, and refuse to help a student up who had fallen and was struggling to get up on her own. He even yelled at other students who tried to help her. He tarnishes the Loveland Ski School and I would be really careful about avoiding him as an instructor. I didn't catch his name, but you'll figure out who it is very quickly.
