"Clean and nice room, fantastic breakfast. Nice iced vanilla latte from the 1st level bar area. About the only bad thing i can say was it would have been nice to know that after going in the room I had to insert my room key in the wall to have lights and power. "

"Very clean hotel, excellent customer service, we got to check in 2 hours early, we were offered a later check out as well at no cost. Free waters were provided. There is an indoor pool that was so warm, the patio seats were so comfortable that I ended up falling asleep in them for a short while, I guess I was really tired from traveling. There is huge gym, a spa, several restaurant options within the hotel. I like the area as well. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the summer "

"Muriel at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous, wonderful historic art deco building right on Michigan Ave., great location and views, really nice, spacious and clean room. Chateau Carbide on the 24th floor is definitely worth checking out, nice cozy areas to hang out, sit on a couch and have a drink while enjoying great views of the city. We also got a free ride from the hotel to the Shedd Aquarium."
