"The Flat is located in the attic of an old palazzo. It was spacious and clean, but very warm. The main bedroom air con unit is very noisy, there were ants in the kitchen and the bathroom really needs a new shower curtain. "The hotel location was amazing, a walking distance from the train station, restaurants, ferry to go to portofino just across the street, and the beach, public and private!! The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the lady with darker short hair. They gave us good advice , and when we told them we need to check out at early in the morning, they prepared us breakfast boxes to go! The room configuration was great for the 4 of us! Everything was pleasant !"

"The hotel is in a great location. However, it needs some updating. The biggest thing is the elevator needs to be updated!!!! My sister and I got stuck inside which was a traumatic situation. It stopped and the doors opened half way then the doors got stuck and it would not move once the doors closed. The staff acted like this happens all the time. It was extremely hot and no air and a frightening experience. Other guests were complaining about the elevator to deaf ears. It might be a good idea to update the breakfast with a bit more options. The rest of the stay was good."
