“Beautiful property with plants everywhere. A place to relax and chill amongst butterflies and plants! Staff and kind and attentive. Management respond to any issues (our frying pan needed replacing and they did after I fed it back. Breakfast has a good variety. The restaurant is nothing massively remarkable but a great thing to have close by as there are not many other places to eat in the area within walking distance. ”

“Lovely stay here. Very clean and modern. Kitchen facilities are excellent. We had a lovely meal at the Restaurante snack bar Faisca at very reasonable price too. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Beautiful setting high above the city and the crowds, right next to the cable car with a return trip to the town centre. The rooms were spacious and had a shower [finally] to die for - great pressure; loads of hot water and spacious! The attached restaurant was busy with people coming up on the cable car to have lunch, afternoon tea or to wander around the Botanical Gardens, the Tropical gardens or the wicker basket luge close by. The staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly and always available.”

“Loved this spot, the room was clean, I was in a room with doors opening to the shared balcony which was both great and too bad as that was the social area. A few guys were out there past quiet hours meaning there were right outside the window. Although during the day it was lovely to be connected to the balcony. They will do your laundry on proper for a very reasonable price and the parking was great, right outside the guest house. They’ve set the kitchen up wonderfully so that many people can...
