“OZ Hotel 🏨 Collection is awesome. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Roof pool was amazing, especially at sunset 🌞. Location is one the best, Boca grande has lots shops and restaurants. 10/10 I definitely stay again. 🙏🙏”

“WiFi is MID. the way the bathroom is set up (shower wise) water gets everywhere so you’ll need extra towels for the floor. Breakfast options are not. Good. Ambiance is great, pool area (rooftop area/ bar is great. Restaurant on site does close at 3pm, but the rooftop bar is open until 9pm and serves food. “Front desk staff and all staff were awesome. Breakfast was awesome. Amenities were great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was the paid minibar in the room. My daughter mistakenly drank one of the water and they charge $5 us for the bottle. Otherwise the hotel is excellent and I will be back.”

“The staff treats you like you’re in a prison. They refused to give us a second room key and the staff entered the room without permission and they touched our personal items. They tried to hide my phone charger and when we spoke to the manger they didn’t care. If you want to be treated poorly and the location is far from everything.”
