"The staff was excellent! Jahaida and Latoya made the stay extraordinary! The hotel’s location for seeing plays couldn’t be better- literally within 100s of feet to almost all of the Broadway plays. "

The staff moved us to a suite for the inconvenience and turned our average stay into a phenomenal experience. Great customer service goes a very long way! "The location of this hotel is great, you don’t get the craziness of Times Square but you are right there, easy access to trains, and plenty of food options around. The staff if friendly and kind, the bed/pillows are comfy. However, it is an old property (as half of NYC), the rooms have been remodeled, but it shows. Small rooms and bathroom, and my biggest issue was the noise, probably because I was in the 4th floor and my room faced the street - I can say by own experience- NYC IS indeed the City that never sleeps. I barely slept in 4 days. All in all, not a bad option if you get a room in the back of the property. Price is fair."
