“Bridges B&B run by a lovely couple in a lovely house renting a lovely room had a lovely take away pizza delivered to the lovely local pub then back to my lovely room where I slept soundly in a lovely bed then a lovely shower and in the morning a lovely breakfast it was all just... lovely ”

“Excellent Pet-friendly hotel. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were perfectly clean and acceptable, the little fridge for fresh milk was a bonus as those plastic cartons are awful. The food was absolutely wonderful on the evening meal, lovely and fresh and pleasantly presented. Breakfast, there was so much choice other than Full English which was a pleasant surprise. All in all everything was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed...

“Room was a bit dusty the mirror, the lamps and the phone. The sink also had hairs in it when we arrived. Apart from that it was good, spacious room comfy bed fresh towels. Staff was great too very helpful and attentive.”

On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. They took this on board and catered for all of us. Dinner was a delight. We stayed here last year when...

“The studio was very clean and it has everything you need, it is a quiet area with pleanty of parking 10 mim drive from the city centre. We visited for the rugby 20 min walk ftom Newcastle Redbulls. Lovely pub called the Windsor 15 min walk away. ”

“There aren’t many shops nearby, mostly regional or country-specific stores. It’s hard to find what I want. The highlight is the convenience location for a short drive or public transportation away from town, but two things are inconvenient: the hot water for showers only lasts a short time, and the breakfast options are very limited for the price I paid.”
