"Great amenities, attentive staff, nice clean room with a very large and comfortable bed. Yes, it's a love hotel, but dont let that dissuade you. It is not a seedy establishment whatsoever"

"We were really happy with our stay! The hotel was super clean, cozy, and the staff was super helpful. The area is in the night life part of Shinjuku, however the hotel has its only little entrance patio, a side patio garden and even an observation deck on the roof. It was a super cool experience, we would definitely stay there again! "

"The whole facility was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. It helped to have a 24/7 lounge with beverages and snacks for travelers from different countries. "

"My fourth time i have stayed here. I enjoyed my stay again. Always a clean room, quiet. Laundry facilities where busy though but that’s not the hotels fault."
"The facility is the heart and soul of Shinjuku; area has multiple dining options; several convenient stores within reach; right beside is a hospital (in case of emergency); most importantly, walking distance to the metro lines (a 10 minute leisure pace walk).
We stayed there for 8 nights, our initial reaction of the room was on the smaller side; however, after the second night we adjusted to its size. Facility was clean, we felt safe the entire time, house keeping always had water and fresh towels coming.
WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN."
"We truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it. Conevenient and easy access to transportation, shopping, restaurants. Great drinks and views from the sky bar. "
"This was a great location. The room was super clean and well equipped for our stay. The staff went above and beyond. Definitely get the access to the Lounge. "
"Small room, but this is Tokyo afterall! Beautifully clean, quiet and efficiently laid out. Reception staff and concierge were very helpful and friendly. Location is great, although some additional detail on the website on how to get from Shinjuku station to the hotel would be welcome (maybe a map or info on which exit from the station etc)."
