“Wonderful little property, affordable and clean. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and felt recently updated. Would recommend!!”

“A lovely small hotel on the riverside. Clean room, and decently quiet. The only negative I have for it is that we upgraded to a riverside room, with the expectation that we’d be able to actually see the river. When we checked in it was dark out, and didn’t see until the next morning that dense trees were between us and the river, effectively blocking the view. Front desk staff weren’t able to do anything to switch our room, and when I stated that we had paid extra for this they only mentioned...

“체크인시 담당하는 직원들 중 일부의 태도가 불친절했다. 차량주차증을 별도로 주차티켓으로 발급하지 않고 홍크 시스템에 차량번호를 입력하는 방식인데, 입력절차에 대한 설명이 매우 부족했다. 그림으로 순서도를 제시해주면 좋겠다.”
