“Everything was great”

“The staff were very nice and friendly. They always had service with a smile.”

“Staff: rude. not very helpful. Very short and to the point. M Club Lounge: Poor food and drink choices. Very bland and not stocked. It’s basically your free breakfast that now they just charge for! Lily house and Room Service: Weird menu, over priced food. However food is good and portions are very decent. Drinks are weird! Dessert is amazing. Room: Clean, put together and nice quality.”

“I got a room with a king bed and a jetted tub. When we got there our room was ready, the tub was clean, the bathroom was clean. Parking, breakfast, wi-fi was included in the price. We were literally just a few feet away from a bar that stayed open decently late (10pm at least) which allowed me to get a snack and a beer after I got a good soak in. It was also close to diverse food options although a vehicle was needed to get to the options on nearby transit road. 5/5 would recommend.”
