"First I want to say the Staff was Amazing. Amy and Kevin were the best. Everyone I encountered was very professional and kind.. My only complaint is the bathrooms. Don’t have any exhaust fan at all so taking a hot shower the bathroom steams up no ventilation there was three of us boys one bathroom again no ventilation.. The shampoo and soap size were ridiculous. Hyatt really needs to go into this location and make some adjustments. This is a historical building and should be taken care of the proper way if it wasn’t for the staff being as friendly as they were, I would never return to this place."

"Rooms were clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Close proximity to our primary point of interest. Food was good. There was only one small incident that caught me off guard and that was a rather large mouse sighting as we were finishing up our late evening dinner (which was fantastic) inside the steakhouse on premises. We were the last guests and the vermin must’ve sensed the lack of foot traffic and noise as they made no reservation to come check out what bits remained for their dining pleasure."
