Niagara Falls - Western New York, New York hotel rooms at the Scottish Inn

"Booked for 5 but got only 2 queen"

"Don't do it hopefully studio 6 upgrades they just started I guess they took it over from another hotel management"

"Breakfast was fine. Lisa at the front desk was great. She went out of her way to accommodate us when the room was not ready on time. "

"Breakfast was not good...powdered eggs we're sitting in 3 inches of water...we went to breakfast at 0830...an hour and a half before breakfast ends and almost everything was empty...we waited about 30 minutes and all they refilled was the waffle batter...2 staff ladies just stood at the entrance scrooling on there phones...other than the breakfast our stay was very good."

"Room was new and spacious! The breakfast was good and there was plenty of seating for all guest even when very busy. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful."
