“Absolutely beautiful property! Very clean. Loved the tall ceilings and the light in the room. Nice way to stay in downtown Pittsburgh to experience the city. Check in process was a little confusing. We were waiting for a code to check in that never came so we went to the front desk instead. The front desk staff was really helpful and got us all set.”

“The unit itself was dated, but pretty clean. Unfortunately, the property management HOA is NOT cleaning and maintaining the pool area, sauna, or pool showers. The pool loungers and deck chairs are new, but the pool deck is FILTHY! Such a shame, as we have stayed at Deer Ridge 5 times. All things considered, we hope to return to see these problems rectified, because IT IS THE BEST VIEW IN THE SMOKIES!!!”

“Everything was perfect but the mattress are not that gd”
