"Honestly everything was wonderful. Friendly, clean, comfortable, complimentary breakfast, loved the restaurants attached. Didn’t expect such a lovely atmosphere being so close to Times Square but will definitely book a stay here again next time I come to the city! Also, Hanniel at the front desk gave such a warm welcome and all the info we needed. "

The only negatives were these: (a) The area outside the hotel is very dirty -- NYC in general has really declined, of course, and that's the issue. (b) The new system for the elevators at the hotel is absurd, and the hotel should go back to the old system."
