"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The gal who checked me in showed me where the stairs were which was quite a hike from the front desk. The room was immaculate with beds that I will dream about. This was an all around excellent experience and I could not have asked for a better stay."

"The Eldorado is a beautiful hotel. It has a vintage vibe yet the rooms are modernized and quiet. I couldn’t give it five stars because, for one, when I called room service I always got a busy signal, and also, the beds were too soft for my husband who needs better back support. But it was great being in walking distance of the Plaza and shops."
