“Everything was great except Restaurant was closed, and the hot tub was nice, but inconvenient since it was on other side of building from pools.”

“Thank you!”

“Pool seemed to be under maintenance but no signage to state it was unheated and basically an ice bath. No coffee available except during breakfast which when we asked at the bar we were met with incredibly rude response from staff. When we asked if there was a coffee shop close (after a long travel day I just wanted a coffee!) the guy just mumbled he wasn’t sure. Overcooked steak tips (asked for medium rare but they were well done) at a premium price from the restaurant. House keeping was great,...

“We stayed here for one evening, first impression in the lobby is nice but as you start walking through the halls you start to notice how dirty it is. When we got to the room we were hit with a terrible smell of smoke, musty towels, with a cover up odorizer the floors were dirty and stuff was stained on the walls, ceiling, and headboard. Would not recommend only good thing was location to the airport.”

“Visited Portland for the first time, the Regency is in the perfect location. It’s a great food town, do your homework before you go and make reservations.”

“Great location for visiting Old Port and taking the ferry to Peaks Island. We traveled in early September with friends for a ballgame and were disappointed that the outside terrace didn’t have fire places lit and kitchen and bar closed early that were highlighted in hotel ads. It was not like it was a discount room fare that one may overlook these things. At breakfast there was only one server for the entire dining room.”

“식기구가 조금 불결해서 사용할수가 없었습니다. ”

“No glassware in room. Only two paper cups. Bar only could spare two wine glasses for room for four people. Shower handle and faucet nearly falling off. TV glitches, kept turning off.”

“Very friendly and professional staff in the lobby. Portland Wharf has great restaurants and beautiful views in Downtown”

“Very Dirty, Place hadn't been vacuumed in months”

“위치 좋았고 깨끗함. ”

“Hotel staff were great. Hotel itself was a older property and not as nice as I would expect for a Double Tree.”

“일단부티크호텔답게 아름다웠어요.직원들도 매우 친절하고.포틀랜드에 유명한 베이커리가 바로 옆에 있어서 이용하는데 도움이 되었어요.”
