"From the moment we checked in, we knew we were in a great hotel. Everything was clean, the food was delicious for breakfast, and the amenities were top notch. They even offer a little market that is very reasonably priced for a hotel. We will absolutely stay again! "

"The room is filthy not all the lights work. There is a cockroach in the kitchen area. The floor hasn’t been cleaned in probably weeks. My white socks turned really dark within a few minutes of being there walking around this is a filthy place."

"We could not even sta the night— checked in at 3pm, you can not check in early to drop off luggage or change clothes, and immediately checked out and had to go to another hotel. Sheets were stained, bugs on ceiling and yellow stained toilet and the shower was cracked and stained! Totally terrible DO NOT STAY HERE "

"Staff was great, beds need to be upgraded-they are not in the shape you expect from a Westin."

"Let’s more time for customer to access the breakfast 9h00 it’s too early specially if the customer is on vacation. And add something more to remove the humidity in the room."
