"Good location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Could do with a carpet cleaning and bathroom looked tired. But the service was amazing. "

"Check in we were told that we were eligible for an upgrade on our room but none were available. Why tell us? We tried to check in at 4pm (check in time) room wasn’t ready. Ate everyday at the pool restaurant. Lynn the server was very rude I told her there was no dressing on my salad. She argued there was. Then charged me .50 cents for extra dressing. Ridiculous "

"When i arrive there the lady that help me check in was really nice i forgot her name . That's the good part from the hotel. When i came back to her she was on her way to do something but told the other lady that was with her working about it wich the other girl didn't care. So she ended help me. Overall that's the good part from that hotel. When i was checking out before the time i request the guy that was at that time 4:00 in the morning was really rude. The bathtubs was dirty and the water yellow. I was there just for 5 hours because my flight but i regret it. "
