"Good location, close to shops and restaurants and 15 minutes from Times Square (without traffic).
Large room with a separate living area, featuring a microwave, fridge, and sofa bed.
Pet-friendly. Breakfast is included. There is a pool, but the air conditioning in the area was so cold that it was impossible to get in, even though it was advertised as heated.
We had an unpleasant experience at breakfast due to the staff's lack of respect. Breakfast service ended at 10:00 AM; my family and I arrived at 9:40 AM (on a Sunday), and there were no eggs or bread left. When I asked if they would replenish the food, the staff member was blunt and rude, saying no—that they closed at 10:00 and it took 25 minutes to cook eggs—even though many other families were also arriving.
While we were eating at our table, at 10:00 AM sharp, she turned off ALL the lights in the dining area, leaving us in the dark. It was incredibly disrespectful to those of us still finishing our meal.
Even when asked to turn the lights back on, she was rude and had a bad attitude.
If the hotel was full—as they claimed—they should have been better prepared to provide a full breakfast spread until closing time. Furthermore, the staff member needed to show more respect to the guests still in the room; while cleaning up, she kept banging things around to signal that service time was over."
