โUndergoing some updating which is needed. Breakfast was subpar, but mainly because there were so few guest due to renovations happening. Had there been more guest staying there They wouldโve had better service, attendance and quality of food. But that all being said, I would stay there again with no problem.โ
โThis was the nicest of our three hotel stays in Alaska. I loved the privacy and quiet of the individual cabins. There was a shuttle service to and from all the airport and train station, and a restaurant on site adding to the convenience. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends or family. โ
โYou can't beat this place for the money. Most of the hotels in Fairbanks are overpriced summer tourists traps, not this hotel! Our room was clean and tidy. We had a separate room with a couch for watching TV. The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They have an airport shuttle that will also get you to the Alaska Railroad depot. We will be return guest.โ
โThe staff is super-friendly. They let us hang our laundry out to dry behind their home! They also accommodated our last-minute change of plans and helped us to stay for a 2nd night on short notice. The inn is beautiful and friendly and homey, and we would love to stay here again!โ
โFantastic hotel! Usually suburb lodge is too old and dirty, but this hotel is really clean and trendy! Like a gallery! And moreover yesterday I watched aurora in my room! It's incredible location to catch aurora. You don't need to drive away to catch aurora in the middle of night! Just enjoy aurora in the room.
Finally every staff is very kind, they are good listener and gave me lots of information to travel Fairbanks. I really appreciate it.
