"Everything was okay but no discount on price like senior or aarp discounts Staff was exceptional and very polite , food was good atmosphere very good rooms very quiet , I enjoyed my stay and plan on a return trip again soon."

"The pictures are a bit deceiving. The property is tightly packed in with other residences on the beach. And it's expensive for what it offers. The lock on the door was v basic--nothing like enough. The room could accessed by 2 different sets of stairs. That said: The room was nice. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was healthy and fun. Plum Island nature preserve is right there. Newburyport has a lot of great dining options--just 10 mins away."

"The room had a slight musty smell and I didn’t realize that the suites were outside (almost like town homes ). I would have liked to know there were options to stay in the hotel portion . But staff were friendly and it was a short but overall pleasant stay. Clean and relaxing/peaceful."
