“Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. ”

“Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

“Had a lovely three night stay in this apartment for the reading festival. Easy 25 minute walk to the festival site and five mins into reading centre where we had brunch. It’s spotlessly clean, everything you need is provided including a small bottle of milk, teabags, and other bits and bobs. This was greatly appreciated thank you. It’s quite hot in the apartment but there’s plenty of fans dotted around. Really clear check in instructions and excellent communication. Thanks again. We will...

“It was lovely. Close to town and very easy to get in to. Relaxed atmosphere and the contact Olga was on top of everything and very easy to get in touch with.”

“Clean basic accommodation attached to an interesting old inn. Modern bedroom resembling Premier Inn, good value for the price paid snd in an ideal location as we were passing through Basingstoke on the way to Southampton. Breakfast was not included but offered at a supplement. Variety offered on the menu looked good but we overslept in the comfortable beds and so had to run. ”
