"The Staff just checked you in and provided no information about the property. The pool was out of service had no water in it."

"everything about the hotel was wonderful; however, there were children running thru the halls until midnight. Doors were slamming and adults were pretty loud also."

"Amazing property. It was my first time in Cleveland. The front desk clerks were amazing and spoke formally. They were able to get me checked into the room. The room was very clean!! I’d definitely stay there again."

"The room could use some BLEACH! The sink was dirty(look in the mirror and you can see the sink). The toilet seat could use some BLEACH(I used Lysol Spray daily). The shower water was WARM (more in the cooler side at night). I did NOT request a different room due to me traveling SOLO and I did NOT want to get on the elevator or be upstairs. The breakfast was OK, but the meat did not seem like it was cooked all the way. Also….THE AC unit was very loud. I ran it very low while out (the room was cold when I returned) so I did not need it on at night. The FRONT desk clerks was very nice and attentive when I checked out (the late shift). "
