"I have stayed at this property previously multiple times without issue and was looking forward to this trip. There were two large parties occurring at this hotel during our stay. We went up to the room from the pool around 9pm to get ready for bed and quickly realized there was a room party occurring directly next to us. By 10pm the noise had not subsided and the traffic in and out of the room was increasing. My 4 year old daughter and I went down to the front desk to request a room change as we needed to be up at 6am the following day and needed to sleep. The woman working the front desk, Latisha, was exceptional. She found a room for us immediately and apologized profusely for our experience. Her assistance with finding a solution quickly is the primary reason I didn’t pack our things and go down the street to another hotel. She was the bright spot of our stay.
Unfortunately, after this experience (loud, pool overrun with unsupervised toddlers which is incredibly dangerous, rooms in poor condition) I will not book at this property again. So disappointed to see how much the property has declined in the last couple of years. "
