"Hotel is in a great location, with onsite parking, however $40 to park for hotel guests per day is excessive in my opinion. The location is great for walking to attractions like Pier 39 and the Alcatraz ferry. Breakfast was amazing with alot of selection! It gets very busy though, so get there early. The only real negative comment is that I had to fight to get them to honor my Expedia VIP benefit for a parking credit, and as of yet, i still have not received a credit back on my Visa. Otherwise this was a great stay! "

"Everyone on the staff was very helpful and so very nice. This hotel was wonderful and very beautiful. This was our last stop on a four city trip and was by far the best hotel we stayed at. Everything was perfect. And a special thank you to the staff at the Market, very friendly and helpful."
