"This is a lovely and extremely well-located hotel with clean and modern rooms. There’s a safe, a great bathroom and a huge closet in the rooms. The staff could have been more friendly to me and I had to pay the 20 dollar charge twice, but overall, I would recommend this hotel - it’s safe, clean, and comfortable"

"I can’t possibly give this resort enough stars. Exceeds expectations with the complimentary bottle of wine and snacks in the room, motion activated lighting under bathroom counters to guide the way to the toilet at night, the low step in the shower to put your leg on to shave. The pool was fantastic, as was the Aperol Spritz. The location could not have been better. Valet parking so easy. Helpful, effective staff. Everywhere I looked there was some decorative accent impressive enough to photograph. I could hear the ocean from my pool view room. I’m leaving against my will, can’t wait to go back. When I get home I guarantee no one will greet me with a smile and glass of champagne!"

"I love the tropical vibes of the property and the free breakfast and happy hour. The hot tub was not hot this time around, and there were guests smoking by the pool, leaving their cigarette butts by the hot tub. Gross! Otherwise, staff were very helpful and the amenities were lovely as always!"

"Nice hotel. The room was kind of tight but it worked for my daughter and I. There’s a great coffee place across the street. The hotel has a nice lounge area with chairs and a wonderful coffee machine. The room was very clean. We would come back when we return to SF"
