"What we can only assume to most likely have been dried up bodily fluid on the sheets in the first room, completely ruined any chance of us getting a good night's sleep, and turned into a full blown nightmare when, after complaining to the clerk (Heather), we were transferred to a far worse room, with pee all over the toilet, body fluids on both chairs, and a gigantic, gaping hole in our blanket. I complained again, to which she called me a liar, and told me that my options were to either take the room or cancel my reservation, which would have left us out on the streets at 11pm in a strange place, with nowhere else to go. Absolutely the single worst hotel experience either me or my wife have ever had in our combined 92 years on Earth. My wife has been battling stage 4 cancer for the last 12 years. She is undergoing intense chemo and radiation treatment, and has a very compromised immune system. Putting her in an unsanitary, literal biohazard of a room like that is literally putting her life in danger. And they did that to us twice in the same night. If you ever have the opportunity to stay at this establishment.........JUST DON'T."
