"Nearly everyone working there was extremely kind and eager to help. I had to call for a maintenance issue and he arrived within 15 minutes! I was offered to check in early since the rooms were all ready. Really impressed with your staff. Breakfast is the typical Embassy Suites offering; i.e. great! Evening "happy hour" good, snacks decent.
My only issue was that my stay was over the July 4 weekend and there were many groups and families. The pool/spa area is not monitored at all and children were screaming for hours, jumping and attempting to dive into the spa, etc. I heard other guests complaining about this, as well. And because of the shape of the hotel all of this noise is funneled right into the rooms facing the pool. I'm sorry I bothered to pay extra for "mountain view" when it meant I had the golf course in the way of my view and noise to contend with.
