“The buildings and surrounding parking lot appear to be condemned and abandoned on first sight (at least one of the buildings actually is condemned and boarded up w/posted notices all over it). The staff if there is one is simply unavailable and unresponsive. The elevator in the building my room was in on the 3rd floor does not work ( I can personally confirm that it hasn't worked for at least 1 year). The room itself could have actually been nice if anyone gave minimal attention to repairs...

“Breakfast was cooked- eggs bacon sausage, oatmeal and waffles. Plenty of fresh fruit, apple, strawberries, cantaloupe, bananas. Assortment of yogurt and chocolate and white milk, Breads and muffins also available. All you can eat, I am sure I didn’t list everything like cereal but this was an excellent experience. “Honestly, I didn’t get a chance to read the reviews before coming. I figured I didn’t need a super nice hotel but something manageable enough for me to stay for the two days I’ll be in Virginia to tour a college. This was the absolute worst experience of my life. It was so bad I wasn’t even able to force myself to stay the night. “Breakfast was decent. Coffee good. Rooms are clean. Has a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms… But $75.00 fee for one dog and $10.00 for parking. Tv remote didn’t work, needed to be charged. ”

“overcrowded and loud music early in the morning in parking lot. In the 2 night stay , the toilet was backed up even after the maintenance came in the first night. Our key card to get in the room worked the first night but not the second night/ We had no remote in the room for the TV as well”

“It was fine for a quick overnight stay. The room could have used some work and the fridge froze our water bottles overnight (not able to adjust temp), but the breakfast was good..not a full breakfast but make-your-own waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, bread and English muffins to toast, juice/coffee so it was fine. I also checked for bed bugs in the seams of the mattress and that was clear! so I’d recommend for a convenient overnight.”

“We had the same breakfast over the two days we stayed there. The parking is safe. The hotel is in a great location -walkable to many shops and restaurants. it is under construction. Our room felt very dated, but it was clean and quiet.”

“Bed, Bathroom is very clean. And pantry staff is very kind. Breakfast is crowded with people despite weekdays. I thought that it shows hotel's reputation. Thin wall is not matter to our family.”

“Very helpful and polite staff. Everything was clean, there were a few areas where age was beginning to show but was not a problem. Good breakfast. I will say that the people that designed this motel must have been thinking in terms of 5 year old kids when they ordered toilets. They are way too low for adults and when you get to be 85 like I am, getting up from low positions sometimes presents a challenge.”
