"Hotel was fine, housekeeping was great and some valet was friendly (day staff). Night shift people at the front… I would say probably the worst customer service since we arrived. I booked for a night and one day and they still asked us to checkout at 11. There was no talking through to them. Don’t work customer service if you don’t like talking to people. They offered 0 help. Couldn’t answer questions and the manager was worse than the two front desk ladies. He was disrespectful and rude. My friend actually recommended us to stay there and when they saw how completely bad the service was he felt so bad because his previous experience was nothing like that."
