I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.

Placemakr Downtown Austin
Good sized room with a full kitchen making it easy to cook and not have to eat out all the time. The room was bright and airy but could have done with blackout blinds to help sleep, which I believe they are on the process of installing. Good amenities with a washing facility meaning I didn’t go home ...
